Sign in, find your way around and add your team. It takes about 5 minutes.
Your first sign-in
Section titled “Your first sign-in”Your first sign-in comes from an email invite. Its subject reads You’ve been added to your workspace on RankRise. The link in it works for 7 days.
- Open the link in the email.
- If the app asks for your name, type it and choose Continue. This is how your team sees you.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters. Type it twice, then choose Save password.
- Your device may offer a passkey next. It lets you sign in with Touch ID, Windows Hello or your phone. Choose Add a passkey, or Skip for now.
- Choose Open your workspace.
Section titled “Sign in”Go to app.rankrise.com.au. Type your Email and Password, then choose Sign in.
You can also choose Sign in with a passkey if you added one. If your sign-in screen shows Continue with Google, you can use your Google account instead.
If you turned on two-factor authentication, the app then asks for a code. Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes, and choose Verify.
If you forget your password
Section titled “If you forget your password”You can set a new password yourself, from the sign-in screen.
- Choose Forgot your password? under the Sign in button.
- Type your email and choose Send the link.
- Open the email titled Set a new RankRise password. The link works once and expires in 30 minutes.
- Type a new password twice, at least 8 characters. Choose Update password.
If your account uses two-factor authentication, the app also asks for a code from your authenticator app. A new password signs you in here and signs you out everywhere else.
A first look around
Section titled “A first look around”The menu on the left has 4 sections. On a phone, open it with the menu button, top left.
